Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cornerstone Heritage Holdings' services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please Read Carefully: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Cornerstone Heritage Holdings ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Cornerstone Heritage Holdings website, requesting a quote, entering into a service agreement, or otherwise engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 02

Services Provided

Cornerstone Heritage Holdings provides professional commercial cleaning and facility services, including but not limited to commercial office cleaning, janitorial services, floor care and maintenance, restroom sanitation, post-construction cleaning, and day porter services throughout the Dallas Fort Worth, Texas area.

The scope, frequency, pricing, and specific terms of any service engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement, Proposal, or Work Order executed between Cornerstone Heritage Holdings and the client. These Terms apply to all such agreements and are incorporated herein by reference.

Section 03

Service Agreements and Proposals

All service engagements are subject to a written agreement executed between both parties. Proposals and quotes issued by Cornerstone Heritage Holdings are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Work will not commence until a signed agreement and, where applicable, a deposit or payment has been received.

Any modifications to the agreed scope of services must be authorized in writing by both parties. Cornerstone Heritage Holdings reserves the right to adjust pricing for scope changes not included in the original agreement.

Section 04

Payment Terms

All invoices are due and payable in accordance with the terms specified in your Service Agreement or invoice. Standard payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in your agreement. Cornerstone Heritage Holdings reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with outstanding balances beyond agreed payment terms. Clients are responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable legal fees, incurred in connection with the collection of overdue amounts.

All payments made to Cornerstone Heritage Holdings are considered earned upon receipt and are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy for full details regarding payment finality and adjustments.

Client Responsibilities

To enable Cornerstone Heritage Holdings to deliver services effectively, clients agree to the following obligations:

Cornerstone Heritage Holdings shall not be held responsible for service deficiencies resulting from the client's failure to fulfill these responsibilities.

Section 06

Service Standards and Quality

Cornerstone Heritage Holdings is committed to delivering professional, high-quality facility services consistent with industry standards. We employ trained and vetted staff and utilize appropriate equipment and cleaning products for each facility type.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, you must notify us in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of the service being performed. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service concerns in a timely manner. Failure to report concerns within this timeframe may limit our ability to remediate the issue.

Section 07

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Typically, agreements require a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice. Services will continue through the end of the notice period and all outstanding fees for services rendered shall remain due and payable.

Cornerstone Heritage Holdings reserves the right to immediately terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, creation of unsafe working conditions, or any conduct detrimental to our staff or operations.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

Cornerstone Heritage Holdings' liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the provision of services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the thirty (30) day period preceding the claim.

In no event shall Cornerstone Heritage Holdings be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our liability policy reflects the professional nature of our services. We carry appropriate commercial liability and bonding insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Cornerstone Heritage Holdings website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cornerstone Heritage Holdings and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

Section 10

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Cornerstone Heritage Holdings encourages clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

Section 11

Force Majeure

Cornerstone Heritage Holdings shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.
